Exercise Physiologist 

Nenad holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and is accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). With over a decade of experience in exercise physiology, he is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through evidence-based practices and designing and implementing customised exercise programs tailored to meet individual health needs and goals. Pathology domains covered include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health as well as any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve an individual's clinical status.  

Key services he provides include:

Pre- and Post-Surgical Exercise: Assisting with exercise plans before and after surgeries to optimize recovery and improve outcomes.

Chronic Disease Management: Developing exercise plans for managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

Rehabilitation Programs: Designing and supervising exercise regimens for individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions.

Fitness Assessments: Conducting evaluations to measure physical fitness, such as strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

Health Risk Assessments: Identifying risk factors for chronic diseases and creating strategies to mitigate those risks through exercise

Behavioural Change Counseling: Offering support and strategies to help individuals adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle changes.  

Education: Providing continual education to help prevent injury relapse and improve patient autonomy.
